Systemic Family Therapy for Adults, Couples, and Families
Systemic family therapy is a holistic approach that focuses on understanding individuals within the context of their relationships and family systems. Therapists work with adults, couples, and families to explore patterns of communication, roles, and dynamics that contribute to relational challenges and emotional difficulties. Through collaborative exploration and interventions, systemic family therapy aims to promote understanding, improve communication, and foster healthier relationships within the family unit.
Creative therapies encompass a range of expressive modalities, such as art therapy, music therapy, drama therapy, and dance/movement therapy. These therapies offer alternative ways of exploring and expressing thoughts, emotions, and experiences beyond traditional talk therapy. Creative techniques can enhance self-awareness, facilitate emotional processing, and promote personal growth and healing. Therapists utilise creative mediums to engage clients in a therapeutic process that taps into their inherent creativity and inner resources.
NLP Coaching (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
NLP coaching is a goal-oriented approach that focuses on understanding the relationship between language, behaviour, and neurological patterns. Coaches help individuals identify and overcome limiting beliefs, patterns, and behaviours by utilising techniques such as reframing, anchoring, and visualisation. NLP coaching aims to empower individuals to achieve desired outcomes by enhancing communication skills, changing unhelpful thought patterns, and fostering personal growth and development.
Person-Centered, Humanistic, Existential Psychotherapy
Person-centred, humanistic, existential psychotherapy is an integrative approach that emphasises the inherent worth and dignity of individuals, their capacity for self-awareness and self-actualisation, and their search for meaning and purpose in life. Grounded in the principles of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness, this therapy encourages clients to explore their experiences, values, and beliefs in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Therapists facilitate personal growth and self-discovery by helping clients connect with their inner resources, explore existential concerns, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy explores the unconscious mind and its influence on past and present emotions and behaviour. Its aim is to uncover hidden processes and unresolved conflicts. It places emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. It is often a longer-term therapy which allows for deep exploration, insight and lasting change.
Mentalisation-based therapy
Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT) focuses on developing individuals’ capacity to understand their thoughts, feelings, and intentions, as well as those of others, leading to improved emotional regulation and more meaningful relationships. MBT is particularly effective in treating personality disorders and interpersonal difficulties, as it helps individuals identify and interpret their internal mental states and the mental states of others, fostering empathy, compassion, and communication skills.
Neuropsychotherapy
Neuropsychotherapy combines insights from psychoanalysis and neuroscience to explore the intricate interplay between the mind, brain, and behaviour. Rooted in the growing understanding of brain function, this therapeutic approach investigates how neural processes influence emotions, thoughts, and experiences. By integrating neuroscience with psychoanalytic principles, neuropsychotherapy offers a unique perspective on mental and emotional challenges, providing a deeper comprehension of one’s inner world and promoting more targeted and effective therapeutic interventions.
